In November 2014, one year after the launch of the Husqvarna Motorcycles brand and its consequent transfer to Austria, the Swedish brand of brand wanted to give further emphasis to its return to the motorcycle segment by presenting two concept bikes to Eicma: the Vitpilen 401 and the Svartpilen 401. The two bikes are finally ready to be launched on January, 2018 in standard versions.
Always at Eicma, in 2015, Husqvarna Motorcycles presented for the first time the prototype of the Vitpilen 701, a version of the same concept but declined with a larger engine. Two years later, here at Eicma 2017, the Vitpilen 701 is also presented in its final version, ready for serial production that will begin in the first quarter of 2018.
In addition, Husqvarna has unveiled the unveiling of the new Svartpilen 701 concept bike. The first Vitpilen and Svartpilen concepts shown at Eicma 2014 were precursors to Husqvarna's vision for the future of its roadblocks. The concept is in line with the brand's tradition: high quality products, state-of-the-art technology and state-of-the-art design.
The target? Give those who climb on a Husqvarna road a genuine, modern and uncompromising driving experience. How to get there? Thanks to the combination of a pure style and authentic design with the most advanced engineering.
The result is the two medium-sized Vitapilen 701 single cylinders, which together with Vitpilen 401 and Svartpilen 401 will be available early in 2018, and the Svartpilen 701 concept, which clearly indicates that the Husqvarna family of vehicles is expected to grow again.
